Stan Mohr, President & EA, has been in Accounting for nearly 30 years.  He started off at Tomlinson & Associates and opened his own firm Mohr Accounting, Inc. in 2016.  Since then, Mohr Accounting as facilitated the success of several businesses and individuals to meet their overall tax needs.  Mohr Accounting brings an exceptional level of service, dedication, and expertise to each and everyone of their clients.

Stan Mohr, EA

Stan is responsible for the various facets of accounting that revolve around business and individual taxes.  Stan is a Quad City Native with over 28 years of Public Accounting Experience. Mohr Accounting, Inc. was founded on November 1, 2016 after Stan was the General Manager of Tomlinson & Associates P.C. from 1989-2016.  He graduated from Davenport West High School in 1984 and then went on to St. Ambrose University where he graduated with a BA in Accounting in 1998.  He became an enrolled agent on September 17, 2015 (EA #119837) where his licenses are regulated through the Internal Revenue Service.  Stan wants to provide the best service to his clients which is why he completes over 120 hours of CE every three years with courses that involve tax, computer systems, software consulting, and installation in accounting programing systems.  In addition, Stan is a Certified QuickBooks Pro-Advisor for Desktop or online versions.  

Stan's extracurricular activities include Membership at the First Covenant Church in Moline, IL where he has served on the Memorial Committee as a past Treasurer, and other various positions including head usher and a member of the Audit Committee. He is also participating in the Davenport Noon Optimist Club as well as joined Midwest Insurance Group’s Board of Directors as their Treasurer. In his free time, Stan enjoys golfing, bicycling, swimming, and traveling with his wife across the globe.
